Privacy

Your data stays yours.

Our apps are built to keep your information on your own computer. This page explains the few times anything leaves it.

Casement

Casement runs entirely on your Mac. It doesn't read what's inside your windows or record your screen. It connects to the internet only to check for updates and to activate a licence. Activation sends your licence key and an anonymous identifier for your Mac.

Dealer Garage

Inventory, customer and deal records are stored in a database on the computer where Dealer Garage is installed, and we have no access to them. Dealer Garage goes online only to activate a licence and for features you choose to use, such as Marketplace posting, email campaigns and receiving leads from outside services.

Clockgauge

Clockgauge keeps everything it records, including screenshots, activity counts and pay records, on the Host computer you run. Employees' apps send their data straight to that computer over an encrypted channel. When staff connect from outside the office, a small matchmaking service helps the two computers find each other: it knows your company name and the Host's public key, and it never carries screenshots, activity or names. The Host checks in with our licence service about once a day to pick up renewals and tells us the licence and company name, not your people or what they did. Before the first timer, each employee sees exactly what is recorded and must agree.

Purchases

When you buy a licence, our payment provider processes the payment. We keep your name, email address and licence details so we can send your key and help with support. We never see your full card number.
