Setup, connecting staff, consent, backups, purchases and plans.
Quick fixes
Casement isn't doing anything. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and make sure Casement is switched on. If it already is, switch it off and on again.
I can't see the Casement icon. A full menu bar hides extra icons, and on a MacBook they can end up behind the notch. Open Casement again from Applications to bring up its setup screen.
Moving Dealer Garage to a new computer. Make a backup in Settings → Backup, install Dealer Garage on the new machine, restore the file, then move your licence in the licence settings.
A Clockgauge employee can't connect. Check the Host computer is on, awake and online, then make a new one-time code for that person in the Host and enter it in the app. If they are away from the office, the code must include your company name.
Moving Clockgauge Host to a new computer. Back up in Settings, install the Host on the new computer, choose Restore on the first screen and pick the backup. Staff reconnect without new codes.
Licences and refunds
Lost your licence key? Email us from the address you bought with and we'll resend it. Clockgauge has no key: it is tied to your email address and you sign in with a one-time code. If an app isn’t working for you, email us and we’ll sort it out.
