Short answer

Freelancers can keep each client's Google Workspace, ad accounts and admin panels in a dedicated Chrome profile and give it a Dock icon with Casement. That keeps logins and tabs apart, avoids signing in as the wrong account, and returns to the right client's window in one click.

The risk it reduces

Being signed in as the wrong account in the wrong place is the common mistake: posting from the wrong page, sharing a file from the wrong Drive. Separate profiles make that harder to do.

A simple setup

  1. Create one Chrome profile per client and give each a colour.
  2. Sign in to the client's accounts only inside that profile.
  3. Add a Dock icon for each active client with Casement, and remove it when the job ends.

Extras that help

  • Pin the client's dashboard pages to that profile's Dock list.
  • Use the window switcher to see every client window by title.
  • Snap two client windows side by side with a layout.

A checklist for each new client

  1. Create a Chrome profile named for the client and give it its own colour.
  2. Sign in to the client's accounts inside that profile only.
  3. Pin their main dashboard pages to the profile's Dock list.
  4. Add the profile to the Dock with Casement.
  5. When the contract ends, remove the icon and, if you wish, delete the profile.

Questions people ask

Can I remove an icon when a client leaves?

Yes. Untick the profile in Casement and its Dock icon is removed.

Try Casement

Casement is a menu-bar app for Mac that puts each Chrome profile in the Dock as its own icon and adds snap layouts, hover-to-focus, a window switcher, Dock window lists, a drop shelf and display controls..
