Dealer Garage includes email campaign templates with fields for headline, image, message and button, plus a four-vehicle arrivals layout. Merge tags insert each recipient's name. Campaigns send through the SMTP account you configure, and each recipient shows as sent or failed. It is part of Basic.
What you can send

Personalisation
Write {{firstName}}, {{fullName}} or {{email}} and Dealer Garage replaces it for each recipient.

- Configure your outgoing mail account in Settings, Email.
- Create a campaign, choose the template and write the message.
- Choose recipients from your customers and send.
- Open the campaign to see each recipient's status and any failures.
Rules to follow
In Canada, commercial email falls under CASL, which generally needs consent. Dealer Garage includes a CASL consent form template. In the US, the CAN-SPAM Act sets requirements such as a clear opt-out. Send only to people you may email and keep records of consent.

- Choose the promotion template and write a headline, one paragraph and a button linking to your stock page.
- Use
