Who can reach them

Only devices on the same local network as the Dealer Garage computer. That is deliberate: your data stays inside your building, and there is no public web page to secure. Customers sitting in your showroom can use it on their own phones; someone at home cannot.

Use it in the showroom

1. Open Online Forms in Dealer Garage.
2. Show the QR code on a tablet or print it for the desk.
3. The customer scans, fills it in, and you see the application straight away.

Keep in mind

• The computer running Dealer Garage has to be on and connected to the network.
• A credit application collects sensitive information. Handle it according to your privacy obligations, for example PIPEDA in Canada, and your state's rules in the US.
• For a public website form, use your website's own form and the lead-by-email sync.

What a customer sees

They scan the QR code with their phone camera, which opens a page in their browser served from the Dealer Garage computer. The financing application is a normal form with their personal and employment details. When they submit, they get a confirmation and you get a lead and a customer record.

Checks before you use it in the showroom

• Customers must be on the same Wi-Fi as the Dealer Garage computer; a guest network that isolates devices will block it.
• The Dealer Garage computer must stay on and awake.
• Try it yourself first with a phone on the same network.
